The Washington State Office of Farmland Preservation Task Force will have a farm tour and meeting in Ellensburg, WA on May 5 & 6 2009. The Task Force welcomes members from the public to attend.

Meeting Notice for May OFP Meeting

The Washington State Office of Farmland Preservation Task Force will conduct a tour, interaction dinner and meeting May 5 & 6, 2009 in Ellensburg, Washington.

Tuesday, May 5, 2009- Farmland Preservation Tour (1 p.m. to 5 p.m.)

Several stops relating to farmland preservation challenges and solutions are planned before a 5 p.m. conclusion back at the Quality Inn Express. Those who have pre-registered for the tour will board the tour bus promptly at 1:00 p.m. at:

Tuesday, May 5, 2009- Interaction Dinner (6 p.m. to 8 p.m.)

The Task Force will hold an interaction dinner in the meeting room of Rodeo City Bar-B-Q. Everyone is welcome at 6 p.m. to interact informally with members of the Task Force. Participants can order dinner from the menu on their own if they wish.

The Farmland Preservation Task Force will hold its regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. at:
