Bills of interest are tracked which may have an impact on land owners, in this case, working land managers with issues such as Water, Land Use, etc… Simply select the category of interest from the table below and view the bills.
For hearing times and locations, please select hyper-linked bill number in the link below. By selecting the hyperlink for the bill you would like more information on, once at the bill page you can select “Bill Reports” on the right of the screen for a legislative background on the bill as well as a summary of public testimony. If you do not see a bill report, the likely reason is it has not been scheduled for a hearing. If you have questions, feel free to contact Josh Giuntoli.
